Membership Details
Performance Care reserves the right to update its pricing, policies & procedures, including membership pricing, benefits and perks, with a minimum of 30-day notice. Performance Care Pass requires a 3-month commitment. Your credit card will be kept on file and charged on the day of the month you originally signed up on. Member benefits expire on each anniversary (365 days) of your sign-up date.
